The Leadership WellnessTM framework is an interactive map that identifies and develops embodied states and self-leadership skills and traits for inspiring your unique brand of leadership.

Wellness Cycle

At its core, the Leadership WellnessTM Framework consists of a three-phase wellness cycle aimed at activating your awareness, creativity and connection.

Awareness Phase

REGULATE

focuses on boosting your resilience and embodying simple care – for self and others. It relies on a gentle stance along with your ability to sense and feel as a body. If you are a big doer running the hurry up hustle, this phase will ask you to slow down. Awareness phase trains you to move from your center with attention, acceptance, and grace. It lays the foundation for leadership resilience, confidence, and positive impact. In this stage we identify patterns and states, clarify needs, and explore practices using the acronym of REGULATE.

Creativity Phase

DESIGN

has us working with the embers of dreaming, play, and iteration. These inventive sparks support your journey for living and leading courageously with embodied purpose. Creativity Phase calls in practices to ignite passion and wonder. It also enhances the notion of full permission and authority in your self-leadership. The teachings invite you to leverage your inner creative for fanning the flames of novel experimentation while further refining your artistry as a leader. Playing in the strategy acronym of DESIGN opens the doorway for innovation and the expansion of your leadership radiance – aka wonderfully authentic you, in the spotlight.

Connection Phase

RELATE

offers spaciousness for enhancing your ability to create and play with others. To be able to show up, be seen, and be in relationship with responsibility and inclusion. This type of agency is developed through the practice of multi-dimensional listening, authentic expression, and creating safety for interpersonal animation. In this phase, you’ll learn to advance your ability to see, hear, and feel the unspoken, often unseen needs of the moment – and to take leadership action. You’ll engage relational practices, reflection, and conscious conversations to create a culture of risk-taking for the sake of calling forth co-leaders and advancing community wisdom and service. Connection Phase actuates through the acronym of RELATE to enhance the influence of your leadership communication and collaborations.

When your Leadership WellnessTM cycle is active, you have access to your ability to regulate, design, and relate. The choices you act on come from a state of clarity and well-being instead of tightness and reactivity. You are empowered to develop new traits while increasing your magnetism. And when the going gets tough, your ability to center and lead while building trust rocks. You’ve got leadership range, baby!

When your wellness cycle is disrupted or blocked, your sense of wholeness gets jammed up, and so do you. You are less embodied, and your capacity shrinks. That’s when butt-kicking habits show up and create dissonance in your body, mind, and actions affecting your relationships and outcomes.

Dissonance is the critical voice that tells you leadership lies. It’s the physical reaction that keeps you stuck or playing small. Internal sabotage factors like self-doubt, worry, and getting it right grab your attention when dissonance arrives. Staying stuck in dissonance messes with your mood and gives your inner critic an influential voice. It’s the stuff that derails dreams.

The Four Cornerstones are areas we engage and expand in the Leadership Wellness Program. Courage offers possibilities for growth. It can feel scary and disorienting to be courageous. That’s OK, working with courage stretches your edge.
