Fierce Leadership Journey

Our Fierce Leadership sessions link together sequentially and offer spaciousness, integration time, and access points for consistent, ongoing support. Each circle gathering will explore a fierce leadership theme through teaching, embodied practice, and wisdom reflection. We’ll dive deep through discussion, group coaching, and creativity to investigate strengths and areas of reactivity. Along the way, you will receive guidance in crafting a clear map for embodied training & progress.

Meet your Fierce Leadership Guide

Hello Wise Sister!

I’m Kimberley Elliott, the woman behind the Fierce Leadership – Embodied Wisdom Circle.

I have been a coach and embodiment facilitator for over 20 years. Supporting leaders, coaches, consultants, healers, creatives, and bad ass women who want to provide authentic service while enjoying plenty of rest and self-care is my passion!

Due to a sports injury in my 30’s and chronic illness in my 40’s, I was forced to make some big changes! I could no longer live in a life that embodied over-work, crushing critics (self-imposed), and stressful leadership habits. I made a change and learned to deeply nourish myself through listening, pleasure practice, and consciously choosing my community.

I am grateful to now live and lead from a deeper sense of self-acceptance and love. I’m honored to support women leaders to expand their awareness & choice to step into fierce leadership in creative, embodied, and restful ways.

  • When does the Fierce Leadership – Embodied Wisdom Circle begin and end?

    Our circle begins Wednesday, February 7, 2024 and completes Wednesday, May 15, 2024.

  • When & where will our live 90-minute sessions occur?

    • Dates: Wednesdays: FEB 7 & 21, MAR 6 & 20, APR 3 & 17, and MAY 1 & 15.

    • Time: 11 am Pacific / 2 pm Eastern / 7 pm GMT.

    • Location: We will meet on zoom with a special group link.

  • What happens after I enroll?

    Once you enroll in our powerful circle, you will receive a welcome letter along with instructions on how to access your private portal. The portal is where all our important documents including group agreements, journal, invoice, and resources are stored.

  • How do I enroll?

    It’s important to determine if this circle is the right match for you. That’s why I am having a consult call with every interested woman. During our time together, we will explore where you are in your leadership journey as well as what is needed to truly support you in your next steps. During our call time, I will also give you further details of the circle benefits and answer all your questions so you can make the best decision for yourself.

  • If I book a consult, am I obligated to enroll in the circle?

    There is no obligation to enroll in the circle. My wish for you is that you receive new insights regarding your fierce leadership from our conversation. I want to make the time valuable for you and to support you in creating clarity around your next step on your leadership journey.

  • Are there any add-on options that I can take advantage of?

    YES! Included in this offer is the possibility of adding on two items for additional investment: 1) Private Coaching Sessions and/or 2) Awaken Your Purpose Hand Reading.

Private Coaching Sessions

Private coaching sessions are a way to get additional support tailored to what’s emerging for you in our group. Coaching is about you as a whole person: your values, goals, work, balance, fulfillment, and life purpose. You can count on me to be honest and straightforward AF, asking clarifying questions and making empowering requests. The purpose of our interaction is to hold your attention on YOUR desired outcomes and to coach you to stay clear, focused and in action.

Awaken Your Purpose Reading

The neurological markings (AKA fingerprints) in your hands represent a personal genetic roadmap for insight into your leadership story. These markings carry a wealth of information to support you in making impactful choices in your life. This inspirational hand analysis session is a fun way to boost connection to your purpose, affirm the truth of your value, and to begin to embody self-leadership in a new way! Your reading will include details regarding your life theme, life purpose, and a peek at the patterns that tend to knock you out of alignment from your genius.
